The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a Spar across the road. The health center on the basement is good, with a sauna and jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms were outdated, the bathroom lacked privacy and the decor feels old-fashioned. not the best value for the price.

The room was great and very comfortable. The hotel in very nice and closer to the city center, the condoles, and trails. The owner and the front desk stuffs are very, very nice. The Breakfast buffet is good.
The stuffs at the restaurant are cold and unpersonal, it doesn't make you go there for dinner in you have a choice.

The location was perfect, close to everything and nestled in the beautiful mountains. The staff provided great service, from room service to housekeeping, and were always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a balcony and soundproofed rooms. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The hotel also had leisure facilities, such as a TV room and game room, perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing or hiking. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Located in the beautiful mountains, this hotel is conveniently close to the city center and offers stunning views from the balconies. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the cozy lobby, free Wi-Fi, and SPA facilities, including a sauna, turkish bath, and jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
One downside of the hotel is the limited breakfast menu, which might become monotonous for longer stays, as only continental breakfast is available.

We spent our Xmas holiday in a cozy hotel surrounded by breathtaking snowy mountains. We loved the homely and tasty meals that were served at the hotel's restaurant, particularly the veal with veggies. The location was key as it was walking distance to the center of town where we enjoyed drinks and entertainment. We also appreciated the free ski bus that stopped just outside the hotel, making it easy to get around and hit the slopes. The heated ski lockers in the basement were also a nice touch that kept our gear dry and ready.
We found the breakfast to be too basic and repetitive, especially for a hotel of this caliber. Furthermore, the in-room Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty, which made it hard to stream movies or keep up with social media. Finally, the room-service staff could be more attentive as they often knocked and then immediately entered our room without allowing us to answer the door.
